The partners at MSJ are con artists, thieves and liars in addition they use their real estate dealings to try and manipulate brokers and real estate agents into sex for deals (listings).
Patrick Knauf is an associate pastor supposedly at Pacific Coast Church, he is the ringleader for this organization that are buying and selling homes that have fumigation, dry rot, electrical, plumbing, termite and framing problems and their real estate agents are not disclosing the problems per Patrick Knauf. I was a real estate agent offered a 1.5 percent split on several listings and was repeatedly sexually harassed by Patrick Knauf who kept trying to offer me more listings if I had sex with him.
Buyers beware of this company selling homes and their agents who are not disclosing to potential buyers. There are stealing from good people and first time buyers and selling them lemon homes. Beware of their agents and inspections, these homes are being fixed up to look good but have many hidden problems. I quit working for them after Patrick Knauf many attempts and late night calls harassing me for sex for additional listings. This man and his company should taken into court for fraud.
