I contracted Knock-out cleaning service to clean my home. They sent a 2 person crew to my home. This crew left without completing the agreed upon service.

I was contacted by the company a few hours after the cleaning crew left to inquire about the service. We explained the issues with the lack of service and completion of the job. We were told Isaiah (owner) would contact me back to discuss further. It has been a week and still no contact from knockout cleaning or Isaiah. I have attempted multiple time to contact Isaiah via phone/message and through their contact us form on their website.

The date of the cleaning service was scheduled for 10/18 at 10a. We received a call around 9a on 10/18 from Isaiah to reschedule to the afternoon. We accepted that modification to the schedule. I agreed to pay $140 for the cleaning. The cleaning crew that came did not inform us when they left as a result we did not have an opportunity to do a walkthrough with them to point out our areas of concern.

We had to deal with the cleaning crew speaking on their cell phones while they were supposed to be working. My wife asked them to vacuum the stairs, they did not, she asked them to clean the closet, they did not. Those are areas of the home that we paid to have cleaned. They relocated rugs from a couple of different rooms and did not return them to their original location.

The quality of the cleaning was very poor, in fact, I had to go back through the home with a broom to make the floors at least look like there was an attempt to clean them.

This company is not interested in repeat customers or resolving issues due to their quality of service. This is clear based on their lack of contacting me to resolve the issue of them not completing the job. What they did clean was not indicative of a professional cleaning service, in fact before the cleaning crew snuck out of our home without telling us, my wife had to ask them to properly make the bed. This is a very basic procedure that they failed to accomplish without having to do it twice.

I strongly urge anyone interested in contracting knockout cleaning to clean their home or office, not to, and save themselves the added step of having to contract another cleaning service to complete the job after knockout cleaning takes your money and runs.
