Ripoff - lies - con men - horrible customer service

I set up a move with this company a month before our move. "John" assured me that everything would go smoothly and they would call to confirm the day before the move. Well, the day before the move I had to call to call them cause no one had called by 5pm. The said that the movers would be there between 10am and 1pm. 1:30, no movers. I called and they said the driver is stuck in traffic 200 miles away. 3:30, no movers. I called again and theys said he's on his way and has no cell phone service. 5pm, no movers. I called once more and they said the driver is 20 miles away. Just to make sure, I asked if they were bringing more than two guys. John said, "Yes, we are professional and there should be 5 or more guys."

6pm no movers. 6:30 the driver calls me and in broken english says he's lost. I had to go find him and bring him to my house. They get out of the truck and low and behold... Only two guys and one was a kid. The driver looked high and said his back was hurting. They open their truck and it's more than half way full with someone eles's belongings! Not only that, the stuff fell all over the place in the truck. The driver tells me, "We'll go unload this stuff and be back to pick yours up." One, it's nearly 7pm. Two, that means someone else isn't going to get their items on time. Three, buddy you're high! I'm not trusting you to take my belongings to ANOTHER STATE! I called the main dispatch and John was "shocked" and said, "Let me talk to my supervisor and I will call you back." They closed at 7pm. No call back, no nothing. The driver has the nerve to say, "We can put your stuff in storage." I told him to get off my property. The worst thing about this whole situation is that our power is being shut off the next day, we have exotic very expensive fish in containers, our cats are in the new home OUT OF STATE with only enough food for 2 days and we have no where to sleep since the bed is in pieces.
