Long Lasting wasn't long lasting

I employed Deschutes Mobile Wash in May to sand and apply to my deck a stain that was "long lasting and easy to apply". By August (barely 3 mos. Later), I noticed the stairs from the deck to the ground hadn't even been stained and the remainder of the deck wasn't retaining the stain. When I contacted the company in the spring of I received numerous e-mails (which I'd be happy to send you if you'd provide an e-mail address) indicating they would take care of the problems. Now that summer is gojne and outdoor living has passed me by, I still haven't had any resolution to my problem. I desperately tried working with this company throughout the entire summer, but now need to make it known that I didn't receive anything close to what I was told I would receive.

I'm a very unhappy customer and would caution other people to be very careful of Sam Judge and Deschutes Mobile Wash, Inc.
