Failure to fix product

Its been 6 months since Mr. Stephenson installed my steel siding on my home. I am having some product failure, so I call Mr. Stephenson on August 30 to see when he could come out to fix the problems. He stated that he could come out on September 5 do so, because he was out of town for 2 weeks after that. So the appointment was set up for September 5 in the PM. September 5 came and went, Mr. Stephenson made no call to my home or cell to say he couldn't get by, or to set up another time to come by to fix the problems. Nor did Mr. Stephenson show for the appointment.
