Epair tech - Kenmore Refrigerato

Repair tech did not give courtousey call as told I would receive prior to his arrival. He was looking around my home the whole time there and watching too see if I was watching him. Made me very uncomfortable and therefore I would not want this tech to do another service call for me in the future. He didn't talk and tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator or what he was gonna do to repair it.
