Northoms trees Took money and never came back to finish

Jeramy Norhtam or Northom gave us a bid for $700 on paper April-28-10 he called us July told us he would do it for $400 he need the money. He got here and said it had grown scence he had been here he needed $500, so we said ok. It cut down part of a leam it started raining he told me to give him half and he would be back tomorrow. He never came back and told us he did $250 worth of work and he wanted $1800 and he was not given the money back because it took time from him coming here. When I looked at the papers he signed he spelled his name different ways. I told him I was reporting him to BBB and he made a remark that they could not do any thing, now I know why he gave us a false address and his phone is a cell so they could not report this. I called the Attorney General and they told me they would try to help out as much as possible. This man drives a white truck and speaks with an Arkansa accent it says he is insureded I do not know if this is true. Beware of this guy.
