Lamberts.net lamberts doesnt do job and ruins my credit in process!

I had hired Lamberts to trim my bushes and trees away from the phone lines. They came out TWO times, and each time they didn't do the actual job.

#1) The first time - they came out - they forgot the trees and a few bushes. That was the job. They claim to have trimmed all the bushes and trees even though the before pictures LOOK exactly the same touching the wires!

#2) The second time - they forgot the trees again but this time - they ruined my bushes by cutting them in half. AND they ruined my palm trees by shaving them all the way up.

The Palms have never grown back to normal after 3 years. SO I DIDNT PAY! And they reported the job to the credit agencies and I submitted before and after pictures - and the credit agency still will NOT take it off. I think if a company like Lamberts RUINS your plants. DOESnT complete the job. They don't deserve to get paid. Case closed.

BUT after years and years - Lambert wanted to settle for $500 for the work that was done. I said - I only hired you for FOUR things. Somehow - you went into my backyard and shaved my palm trees. Ruining them. And you didn't finish the 2 out of 4 things. I don't want you back! You already ruined my bush and my trees in my backyard. Case closed.

YET the credit rating is still on my credit report. So turnabout is fair game. They wanna play this. I'll play it and file right back at them.
