I bought brand new from best buys, a dvd/vcr recorder got it home and dvd door would not open, so they said I had to take my time (2hrs) and my money about $20 and ship it in, they did fix it and shipped it back. Now I have a rebuilt unit and had to pay for it... I thought it would be nice to at least get some kind of compinsation, a $50 gift sertificate, 20% off next purshace of samsung or something...
