Bought new expensive Tv. Within 90 days the picture goes out. IT took me 2 1/2 months of dealing with the useless, lying people at Samsung to get it swapped out-The best part is we swapped it out for another brand!!! NEVER buy Samsung because if you have a problem you will get the lowest form of what they call customer service and will waste hours on hold trying to get it resolved. I'm so relieved to be rid of Samsung!!!
