Empire Stole my Deposit

I canceled my order only hours after the sales person left my home.
I was told I would hear from someone in 1-3 business days to handle the credit for my $200 deposit. Although I would expect any reputable business to issue an immediate credit, I said I would wait. Unfortunately, no one contacted me and they still processed my deposit fee.
This business practice is exactly what I was concerned about and why I canceled. I read about other horror stories online and was shocked ET somehow managed an A with the BBB. It showed they had no complaints, which I think is completely false and ET is manipulating the BBB. There is no way they have zero complaints when I can find scores online.
After 5 business days passed, I called again and they said I'll receive a call in another 1-3!! That is ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB—so let's see what happens to their spotless record. Empire Today is a very crooked company. Their used car sales tactics in my home also lead me to believe I was working with a shady operation. Do NOT do business with them!
