I purchased a 2005 scion xb in august. They talked me into purchasing the extended warranty. We had problems with the car a few times and they refused to take care of problems. Front end alignment out of alignment numerouse time, had trouble with the front tires and ball joints. Had to replace tires numerouse time. The handle off the back latch fell off the back of the car. I have talked to a few people that are owners of the same model and year as my car and they have had same issues, however a couple of them had there mechanical issues fixed no questions asked. I left several messages for the customer relations person and she would never call me back. My car is about 6 months from being paid off, thank goodness. I will never purchase another toyota again and I will NEVER purchase from Palm Toyota in Punta Gorda Florida EVER again.
