Poor Service

On 2-14-11 my wife purchased a certified used car, she complained of its pulling to right. She got a nice car for her long commute to work every day Toyota Avalon. We have been back to the service department 6 times of this matter. The 3rd time an outside service tech told it was a tire problem. Joseph Toyota offer to buy 2 tires if we buy the other 2. This solved nothing. I called corporate "Toyota" and complained many times!

I use to do alignment work a few years back, I know there is something wrong! The general manager at Joseph told me this is normal "the car is following the high points of the road." As soon as you let go of the steering wheel, the car pulls to the right. The alignment man took me a ride one day to convince me I was wrong. He told the wind makes the car drive bad! I seen no movement in the treetops and he would not go over 45 miles per hour.

As of 3-23-11, Toyota corporate told me Joseph could not do any more work for the warrenty was off and they seen no problem!
