Beware

I have been going to the dealership for my Honda for the past 2 years and I will not be going back. They never let you know what your car needs, they just do it and charge you later. I called for an oil change and the man very sarcastically told me ". You know you have a major maintenance coming up, don' t you?" I had no idea and he very rudely started listing all the things my car needed and when he finally stopped, he had already forgotten what kind of car I have. When I asked The cost...$485 plus tax. I will never go back. I have found a great place that knows how to treat their customers, they are up front and honest, with great prices!!! Beware of car dealerships, they will stiff you each time. Never once did they offer any type of discounts for loyal customers. First time in the new place and I was treated to a great deal.
