Urgent need for repairing

Dear mis/sir
please be informed that my refrigarator model no: RL46WBSW checked by your services representative (in ARAK-IRAN) and he changed a part of refrigarator named "ELEMENT" but in less than 48 hours it is in same situation and my foodstuffs are decaing. I called him to come and check his repairing procedure but up to now he is not coming. What must I do?
