Ripoff-Advertised car on e-bay as in good condition-It was a piece of crap that needs restoring

1969 Jaguar XKE was advertised on e-bay as being in good condition and being driven daily. I bid $12,500 for the car. They asked for a cashiers check, which I sent. When I went to get the car, I discovered that it was a car that needed to be restored. Cooling fans didn't work, neither did wipers, oil pressure guage, tachometer. Transmission won't shift until about 40 and then very hard. Rearend is howling. Paint is cracked and peeling.interior needs replacing. Shocks are bad. Just a myriad of problems.
