Brain hoa refusal to cancel service

A smooth talking asian man came to to home and offered the master plan. He sat at my kitchen and we talked about various things. I accepted the professional master plan and the drive way sealing. Two cheques were given and a pre-authorized card plan. I went to work and the next morning my entire lawn looked like an animal and went to the bathroom all over it. I was more than upset... The following day the seeding was to be done ; when i called the office they told me 6 weeks. I cancelled the service after two days the contract states 10 days...
I called the office three times and then brian calls begging me to keep the service because he got paid on the commission; i told him no i want him to return my cheques because he still had them and that i did not want to service. I followed up with the company three times and was assured that it was cancelled... Guess what. No return cheques and brian did not return them. They put it through and now i'm told they cannot find a report of me canceling the service. I'm waiting for them to reimburst me for my two nsf charges. They damm well better give me my money! Becareful!
