Inflated Billing, Terrible Customer Service

Purchased just one-family home in Houston and shifted in in late April. First gasoline bill, just for 8 payment times, found nearly $150 for gasoline utilization alone — they stated my everyday gasoline CCF was within the double-digits! (I simply got my second expenses, for 31 times, also it was only $22.) Named to protest. They delivered a man to check on the meter and he got a reading then left. Got a notice per week later stating my criticism wasn't legitimate. Delivered them two characters with proof to depth my criticism plus they simply dismissed them. Named to protest again plus they claimed too poor. Their payment data guide provides no tangible information on calling regulatory organizations. (or possibly it is that within Arizona, these criminals are not controlled!) Have handled six gasoline businesses previously and CenterPoint Energy is undoubtedly the absolutely worst. Anybody who understands which gov't company I ought to contact please allow me to know, thanks.
