Holding too long to talk to someone in customer service!

Just how can a gasoline bill proceed from 22.03 to $140.03 in one single month whenever you do not have heat, (program been out since Nov), never house, do not prepare. I have named Centerpoint twice today and also have been on-hold both occasions for over 1.5 hours. Is that this how they enable you to get so disappointed you simply hang-up. It has got to become the toughest organization as it pertains to waiting on hold the point to keep in touch with a "stay" individual. When may they deregulate the gas companies. I believe it is deceptive what Centerpoint does.
