We had decided to purchase a Trampoline for our children. My husband did alot of research in trying to find a safe and reliable one. He came across one that was being sold by Kids Creations. We had bought a playset from them in the past, with no problem. My husband decided that the Spring FreeTrampoline that they were selling was the best one for us. So my husband contacted the store in regards to the Spring FreeTrampoline and the store he had called did not have any in stock but there other location did. So my husband went there and purchased the Spring Free Trampoline and during that transaction my husband noticed the sales lady to be rude and she would not help my husband load it into our van and also she had no time to help him.
