Unauthorized penalties

Nicor Solutions was designed to set me-up having a degree pay take into account my gasoline business statement (Nicor, which incidentally, they're not section of). I created my funds and was way in front of what I really owed the fuel business. Then I had been 14 days late on the cost. Nicor Options today stated I owed them a "fee" of $632. They've attempted to prosecute me for that quantity, but because they do not have my trademark on something that claims I decided to this fee, no attorney will require the situation. The total amount is anything they evidently ripped out-of their combined a*, because it is not a multiple of some of my fee volumes. It has been happening for a long time plus they have were able to damage my credit having a dark level of the "impending suit". I suppose the only real choice I've would be to spend their extortion, since I can not manage an attorney to prosecute them. DO NOT examine any containers in your statement that you're thinking about degree pay. That is all I did so, and today my credit rating is just a large fat zero!
