Failure to Deliver Product or Respond to Emails

I purchased embroidery thread online from this seller and payment went smoothly. The website advised that postage would be by registered post and would take a maximum of 7 days. It further said that an email would be sent advising that the product was shipped.
After 2 weeks and no product and no contact, I emailed using the advertised email address seeking some indication as to when the product would be received. I have subsequently emailed a further 4 times explaining what has happened, providing my invoice number and asking for an explanation as to why no product had been received.
I have had no response to my 5 emails and it has now been 3.5 weeks and no product has been delivered. I had explained in my emails that the purchase was to be used for my wedding dress which put me well behind schedule and caused a lot of stress. I have subsequently ordered the thread from another supplier and paid for express post.
