On 10/24 Mark allen whittington CA from Archieart costum furnishing came to my house. Gave me Estimate for kitchen cabinets. Sighed contract. Payd him $10k. He scheduled work for 12/21,1/4,1/22,1/3. On all this occassions failed to show up or even call. Keeps promising to do work and never does. Does not return calls and Fontana police dept called him and still refuses to do job or refund money. All he does is email with a promise of calling you later. I have all this in writing with emails. I want this guy exposed on local tv channels. I have his CA dl#. I called the BBB and filed a complain and they closed the case because he screens his calls and does not answer them. He showed me a contractor license but it is phoney. I dont care about money as long i can expose him and save others from this fraud. I would like the media to do a report on this guy. His cell # is 949 2965801.
