Did not honor terms of contract. Did not finish job. Left kitchen a mess for months and never finished job Paid Candido a deposit on March 5 to build upper cabinets in my kitchen and stain all existing cabinets in my house. The contract stated work would take appx 3 weeks. He came and installed boxes for the cabinets on the walls on April 1. He took a draw on the balance that day and was supposed to show up the next day to put doors on cabinets and never showed up. Didn't call or answer calls. No contact and didn't show back up for months. Finally when I tracked him down he would lie about coming to finish, give me a date and time and never show up. I spent countless hours emailing him, trying to call him, and trying to catch him at his shop in Henderson. All he did was blow me off and lie about coming. I finally got him on June 8 to come put doors on the cabinets. He promised to be back the following Tues to finish the cabinets and start staining the other cabinets in my house. He did not show and would not answer calls. July 17 I finally tracked him down at his shop in Henderson. He promised in writing to show up to finish the job the following Thursday. He did not show and I have been unable to contact him since. The balance I have paid him is way more than the value of the actual work he performed. Because he built upper cabinets w / a stain and he was supposed to match the lowers to his stain... We will have to pay someone to completely start over because they can not match the stains. This is the most UN-Proffessional person I have ever done business with. He constantly flat out lied and it was impossible to make contact with him. He got ugly with me on the phone several times using vulgar language. He has made NO attempt to contact or make anything right. Nina Kilgore, Texas
