They refuse to pay me for the work I have done

I was hired by Magic Services on November 19th with a contract for my work. On 12/01, I was put to work doing research online for several different inquiries. I was told I would be paid $1,000 for my two weeks work and it would be deposited directly in my checking account.

After my two weeks, I was informed by email that the money would be deposited on the friday after which was December 24. It was not done. I figured I would be able to get it after the holidays.

I was then informed by email that I would be given a bonus of $250.00 for waiting and some other work I had done. This was never deposited. It is now January 7th and the money was not deposited. I have been calling every day and emailing every day since January 3rd and no one answers my calls or emails.

They will not pay me what my contract says they will pay.
