Faulty alloc flooring

I had flooring installed in my home, the flooring was manufactured by ALLOC. The lamination began to chip off in all areas of my floor (livingroom, hallway), the lamination is lifting up in several areas on the floor. I contacted the above individual on the situation and he emailed me a form, a complaint form to fill out on Sept. Of 09 I filled it out and sent labor bills and invoices as requested by ALLOC and I was never contacted by the company. Just recently on a daily basis I call and leave messages to please return my call and tell me the status of my claim and the company will not return my calls.
