Is a scam! Never delivered product - won't refund $... Warehouse states it happens with frequency to eq3 customers!

Ordered a lamp from Eq3 Burbank store. They estimated 30 - 45 day delivery. 7 months later, and dozens of phone calls to their Winnipeg HQ (Burbank store now closed), has resulted in no remedy. They continue to say that the lamp is in LA at the warehouse and that somebody will call us - which NEVER HAPPENS. They will not release the name/address of the warehouse.in one of our many calls to them, they accidientally mentioned the warehouse name to my husband. He called the warehouse directly. They said this is a continual problem for EQ3 clients - many who are still waiting a year later with no product. Today EQ3 tells me only 1 of the 3 boxes the lamp is delivered in has arrived.
After weeks of being told it is "here" I blew a gasket and requested a refund. They were unable to grant a refund as their "manager is out of town". When I stated this was unacceptable, they said Ashley the manager is the only one with access to visa system for refunds. I suggested they have a store manager at one of their many locations refund it in her absence - to which they declined. I asked that they get in touch with Ashley, even though she is "out of the office" - to which they declined. No lamp, no refund, perhaps the worst customer service experience of my lifetime. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! We are very patient, reasonable people — but this is beyond ridiculous.
