Fraudulent billing unauthorized transactions to checking account

Girls Gone Wild CALLED ME and asked if I wanted to get their trial pack of 2 DVD's for 9.99. First of all, they said it would be in within 72 hours which it wasn't. I received the DVD's, but they kept making transactions to my account, one of which was 43.00 and the other 2 were 9.99.

I called and asked them what was going on, and they said they had no record of them charging any extra fees to my account. They told me to fax them my billing statement and that they would refund my money once they saw it. They said they'd call me back in about 15 min when they received the fax, but never did. The very next day, yet another transaction of 9.99 was made to my account. I went to the bank and closed the account.
