MyShedPlans, Complete ripoff! Racket/Scheme - they are set up so you can't get any results or resolution in my experience

This company & Ryan is a ripoff...& they could care less about "customer service".in fact, as far as I'm concern, they do not have it and that's part of the scam...
He bombarded me with emails everyday, and sent me a "Free Trail" offer... It stated that you could view his shed plans for 7 days... That you would have to give them your credit card info, but it would not be charged until at the end of the 7 day free trial or I could cancel/refuse the offer and not be charged. When I applied for the free trial offer (1/21/10), I was unable to download the offer due to computer issues. I then tried to email them for help. I got a email back saying go the their customer service site and file a ticket (this is their way to screne problems) I filed a ticket and SEVERAL days later I got a reply saying essentially "try again". By this time & due to the sorry customer service response & reply, I realized this was a shady company and emailed them & filed another ticket to cancel my trial offer and do not charge me.
