"Flushing Money Down the Toilet"

I had plumbing work done by ADR Contracting, INC for about $10,000. The company promised that if anything happens they would cover it for up to one year. On February 15, ADR was contacted to address a plumbing problem that they original stated was corrected. ADR was not able to correct the situation on February 15 because they didn't have the proper equipment. Therefore, I was unable to use both of my bathrooms. I contacted ADR several times only to receive excuses, by the evening of February 17, I had been without the use of my bathrooms for several days. I then contacted another company to fix the issue and resulting in a $325.00 bill.
