Misleading - service

Beware!!! I recently made a purchase with greenmattresses. I within 48 hours canceled my order. Thats when I had nothing but problems. I could not get my money back. I could not reach the customer service number I was given and when I called the salesman Derald who was real friendly at first now did not want to talk with me and kept saying you need to talk with Kathie who you can never reach. I got very curious about this company which I should have in the first place. I found they have been pureslumber, simplyorganicsleep, livefortomorrow, sleepbynature, dremata and now they have changed from greenmattresses to greenmattressfactory since I made the mistake of ordering. All these companies are owned by the same guy. I would dare to guess by my experience these testimonials are being written by him. I hope I can help someone not go through the anxiety and chaos I had to experience just trying to change my mind.
