Victor Binkerd Dishonest, poor service, BBB rates an F, don't get fooled by these Yahoos

I ordered a lawnmower handle in October 09. I waited about two weeks— it hadn't arrived. I called and talked to Cody, very nice, she tells me the part is back ordered— it would be about two weeks. I go through this for about 4 months worth (the dog ate my homework& yada— yada). They finally send me an email and tell me that the price has gone up by $20. I say they should honor their price and I won't pay any more& they refuse.

I ask for a refund— been waiting over a month— today they send me an email see below

"I do see where we still owe you a credit and I do understand your frustration. As of right now we are not able to issue the credit. Our company is broke and we are having a cash flow issue right now. We are not going out of business nor are we filling bankruptcy. We are in the process of getting a solution for this problem. We are not trying to beat you out of your money and you will get your money back."

Its been 51//2 months and these gypsies are still lying and cheating customers over the internet. Tonight I found this site and boy do I feel like a chump. Don't ever use these guys — what a ripoff. The better business bureau rates them an F and revoked their status on 2/23. On to the Alabama Attorney General's Office— onward and upward
