Sears, Parts Rip-Off

Ordered and paid for parts and delivery on Feb. 1. I was told that the parts would be available for pickup in about a week. Two weeks later I was told that I had not been in the store, in fact, nobody with my name had been in the store since November, four months earlier. I faxed them copies of the sales order, the receipt and the transaction codes from my bank. I PROVED that I had ordered AND paid in full for the parts. It is now March 13th, slightly more than the week that I was told, in fact it has now been 1 1/2 months. They still refuse to ship my parts. Stay away, run...
