Don't take responsibility for their actions

Eastland Construction built a home across the street from me, their employees used my white concrete driveway as a turn around with the end result being black tire marks all over it. I asked them to clean them off and they claim there is no proof that their people did it. The problem here is that one can match tire treads, and there are many people who saw this occur.
