No integrity - Wall Bed

When this company made a mistake with a custom order, they refused to make it right and threatened to sue me if I didn't have the products installed as is.

I even had the original sketches made by their sales rep showing that they had not delivered what I ordered.

As well, the installer damaged the ceiling bringing in material and no offer was made to do anything about it.

The president told me he could not be held responsible for an error made by an employee.

Do not ever use this company for anything!
