Buxton "organizer" bag— NOTHING but junk!

I ordered one of the "wonderful" Buxton organizer bags over the phone, after seeing many of the commercials. On the phone, they asked me if I'd like to "upgrade" to the better, "more softer leather" for an additional 10.00 and a longer warranty. So I did. I had also asked during the order process if the bag was made in the U.S., as I didnt want to order anything from China. She said "yes".

I anxiously waited for my new bag. (I love pocketbooks and am quite particular about them)

It arrived about 7-8 weeks later, and as soon as I opened the package, it was a total disappointment. The sewing on the first pocket I opened, which was the cellphone holder, was not even sewn around the edges at all. You could see wear the velcro was cut off the roll, into a rectangular shape, yet the stiches they sewed on, was just a small "V"... Leaving the edges all loose and able to frey.

This was NO "quality " leather, (I"d hate to see the lesser value one!), It was just junk. There was no way it held everything! They misprepresent the bag in all of their commercials, saying it holds "everything", the compartments are small, the openings are small. The "netting" for the little pockets inside are cheaply made. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BAG is just plain old cheap!

Oh and the best part??? The tag inside..."MADE IN CHINA"
What a rip off!!
