And Ministorage, ripoff LIARS, FAILED TO COMPLY WITH REAL ESTATE CONTRACT They got my money and now doesn't care about me!

Shannon aka "Rocky" and Valerie Slaughter failed to comply with my real estate contract they signed! I had them build my new home which was completed in April. My contract required them to plant grass and supply straw as well. "Mowable surface" is what my contract read.

I called for one year and they put me off gave me several appt. Times they would be there to fix my yard but never showed or called to explain why. All this for a whole year!

Then in April Shannon and his sister in law showed up with some straw and seed and sprinkled it on only the front yard. I walked outside and confronted them that it had been twelve months and this yard now needs topsoil because there is none left after you disturbed it during construction and waited twelve months to do anything! I had three nurseies out to look at this and they all told me you couldn't grow grass in this yard because there was no topsoil left! He said "See ya in court!" She said "this is all the others got and this is all you will get!"

I addressed my lawn in my contract the "others" may not have! I'm not concerned with what the "others" contracts read just MINE! Mowable surface! I still don't have it! It has been 17 months. They got my money and now doesn't care about me!
