They lie! Again and again again for 160 times i've waited and heard them lie about our $50 benefits card is "trapped in the system and they'll let a understand and they'll handle it!" that's a blatant lie! No aid, no body there cares or intends to do anything more about my complaint which is a fake advertising to obtain you to take their service and you're in a. Something must be done since they're lying to people.
