Customer Service and Rewards Problems

Has someone else been discouraged with Diners Club since BMO required around? Customer support went within the bathroom - it requires about 6 actions to make the journey to a live owner today as well as after I do cope with to somebody, they do not appear as vibrant whilst the prior team.

The Club Rewards site is another issue - its not only worse, it's merely ceased operating. Not I've to contact an owner (again 6 actions) to obtain my stability and do any benefits dealings.

But my actual criticism is the fact that I will no further switch my Membership Rewards items into American Airlines. Does anybody know if this can be a temporary problem or has Diners murdered this advantage?

Its just starting to seem like I would have to alter my charge card. Bad.
