Refrigerator bad design

My refrigerator has a faulty design and sears will not help me with this. My vegtable bins when opened cause stress on tray cover tracks and they break. I have replaced the tray cover twice and it keeps cracking. When I open the vegtable bins there is no support and there is 1 inch of space. The bin hangs down and the side support tracks break. I was told by customer care that it was due to customer abuse.
