Refrigerator Vegetable Bin Tracks Keep Breaking, Blamed on Abuse

My refrigerator has a faulty design and sears will not help me with this. My vegetable bins when opened cause stress on tray cover tracks and they break. I have replaced the tray cover twice and it keeps cracking. When I open the vegetable bins there is no support and there is 1 inch of space. The bin hangs down and the side support tracks break. I was told by customer care that it was due to customer abuse.
