Patrick Rivard who's the Quebec revenue Representitive for Hydromatic pumps may be the greatest con artist. He's fast to market you a push but when actually you've an issue within warranty time, he'll discover any justification to not verify guarantee. Sadly Patrick rivard didn't understand he was coping with an expert plumber, therefore his manufactured reasons he offered me for that push wearing down was totally absurd. He attributed the breakdown of his sewage pump which was mounted in a sewage hole was due "towards the neighbors cafe tube that was attached to the hole and throwing oil inside it and blocking the push". Nevertheless after deeper examination, the tube he stated originated from the neighbor was really a rainfall chief. (Tube resulting in top to strain top water). When confronted by real info that opposes his "bullshit" factors, he confirmed his accurate hues by swearing at me "Y&E YOU" after which hung-up the telephone. How adult and skilled!!! Luckily, I chose to avoid the sewage pig the bathroom pipes to and linked bathroom drain right to 4" town strain... And so I WOn't ever have to purchase another sewage pump from an idiot like Partick Rivard.
