Robert Keeble They are thieves they took our deposite and signed a "contract" and we never saw them again

Finishline landscaping provided at first good service they gave a competitive quote and scheduled their visits around our schedule. We thought they were a good company. We signed a contract and gave them 50% down and they were to start the project the following week (sept. 1st) and finish it in two days.
The first project was to be 140FT fence with two gates and the rest of the project was going to be fixing some irrigation in the back of the house. After they recieved the money we recieved a few phone calls with them telling us they were on their way out to start. We took time off work to meet them and be able to help them if needed. They did this three times over two months each time a different exscuse why they couldn't come and start. Finally we realized they never had any intentions of actually honoring the contract. Then they stopped answering e-mails, texts, and calls from us all together. We filed small claims court on them and they somehow avoided the summons so we need to now refile. We have also filed with BBB but they were also unable to get in touch with them.
I would like to get their website shutdown since they are obviously not a legit company doing legit business. After digging further on the internet Robert Keeble has started several variations of this company up and uses many different addresses to convince people of his "good" business practices, which is very deceitful. Robert Keeble is a bad business man and should not be able to keep steeling people's money.
