Do not buy crestline windows until you check out the problems that others have had

Installed Crestline windows in my home approx 12 years ago. Problems ever since. Condensation and ice on inside of windows. Many attempts to contact company (email, phone, certified) with no success. They ignored me and eventually beat me. Replaced two of windows with quality product - no problems. Plan to replace rest of home windows next summer. An expensive lesson. The specs looked good but the product inferior. Please check out issues with these windows before making the same mistake I did. Spend the money for a good window. You do get what you pay for.
