A Power Clean
Not fullfulling contract and cleaning warranty

Called company from a newspaper clipping which states all work guaranteed if stain comes back-they come back. Also have receipt. The company promised to come back 2 weeks ago and canceled stating they had mechanical problems with vehicle. They did same again yesterday stating they had mechanical problems with vehicle. They promised to come back this sunday but previously stated they were closed on sundays. The area they were responsible for was not clean as promised and has visible areas where they missed. Even though they promised the first time to complete the entire home for a reduced priced they have failed to even come by and even look at the work. They also took payment prior to cleaning and left property without the homeowner inspecting the work first. Should be noted we paid for best cleaning service they had which was about 150.00 for a stairs and one small room. We wanted them to come back to do rest of home and pay for it but they have failed to complete their end of the promise. Receipt and document in hand.
