Failed to perform work promised, negligent application of seal, poor grout cleaning RIPOFF

We paid this company to clean and seal the grout on several floors of a 3 story house. The work was done while I was not home. They missed one floor entirely. They failed to clean the tile and grout in many other areas. They applied a bead seal in a poor, amateurish manner, leaving our master bathtub looking like a construction project.

Despite several polite attempts to resolve the issue, the company failed to honor its obligations, or discuss the issue with me personally.

The company failed to even respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint filed in September.

They were paid in full. I would not do business with them again.
