Raj Company did not honor estimate

I Received an estimate to paint the entire interior of my house and front section of exterior for $3200 with one coat of Benjamin Moore paint and Raj did not honor the estimate given.
When the company started painting they would not honor estimate which included 4 small bedrooms in price. On top of that insult I gave Raj a sample of the paint to match and he painted my walls 2 shades darker than than we agreed upon nor did the paint for the front of the house match the color of the house. His defense is my wife said it was OK... Bull... I made the contract and gave him the sample not my wife. Once the work was started I had to stop him and go to small claims court which I insisted he file suite for non payment of his services.
I tried to reason with Raj when he would not include the bedrooms as we agreed but he was arrogant and hostile.
