Bad wires

On Thursday, 11/19 at 3 am each morning I herd a poping noise outside. After I seemed out the screen I noticed the electrical cables along my neighbors strip home burning and creating a poping sound. I instantly named PECO and was guaranteed they might send somebody out. Well, its been 4 times today Mon 11/23 but still no Peco and in addition my friend whos cables are participating named them. Their power is certainly going on / off. I really hope they don't get fire again. Peco support sucks. I'm likely to attempt to select another electrical business. They're idiots.
