Deceptive advertising practices. Company lies about how they bill you

Their TV infomercial advertises that you can buy the WORX Tri-Vac in three separate monthly payments. The sales rep. Who answers the phone when you call also confirms this. But, as I found out, they don't mean one payment this month, the next payment the following month, and so on. They mean all three payments in the same month, even though the sales rep. Told me it would be one payment each month for three months. When I saw the second payment on my credit card billing statement less than a week after the first payment, I called to complain, and was told that their system was down. But, several days later, and their system is still down. How convenient that their sales dept. System is still up and running, but their billing system isn't. Yeah, right. All prospective customers should be wary of this company.
