I am on my 2nd Worx battery and today attempting to buy a 3rd in the organization. I purchased online, but after almost per month I still do not have the alternative. I have delivered many emails for their contact website WITHOUT ANY reactions & eventually called them. I had been on-hold for 28 moments after I eventually quit hearing the saving - and so I offered my telephone number (that the device repeated back again to me) & it had been mentioned that I'd notice back from WORX within twenty four hours... Today 30 hours later, I'm HOWEVER waiting to listen to from their store! E-commerce may be the toughest I Have actually attempted to cope with. They must be barred & turn off. I'll inform any & all: DON'T PURCHASE something WORX... It ought to be called WORST!
