Ripoff

This company is a rip off if I ever saw one. First they charge you all of these fees so your in debt before you even use your card. I got my monthly billing statements on time for the first month or so then they just stopped coming.

So I call and request them only to be told that they have my address wrong (yeah right) they had the right address to send me the card in the first place and charge me all of the fees. Anyway they told me to go ahead and mail the payment to the address on the back of the card so I did, next thing I know I start receiving phone calls saying they havnt got a payment in two months and I have to pay all of these over the limit fees and late fees.

Two days later I get my payment back in the mail with a letter saying they cant find my account information in there system. So now I'm stuck paying all these fees for a payment I sent in on time and they mailed back to me all because they cant get me a monthly billing statement. Oh by the way they got the address right to send my payment back to me but they still cant get it right to send me a billing ststement.
